Meet the Cast: Baskerville’s Troy Wold

Troy “The Mailman” Wold is very pleased to play the role of Sherlock Holmes. He has been on the stage of Strauss for going on 10 years now, accumulating 7 Christopher Awards along the way. His lovely beautiful wife of 28 years Jae is to blame for getting him involved with live theatre. If only his handsome, striking, talented son Parker would join him, but EMT’s are very busy. Troy’s main goal is to share his talents with the citizens of our community, transporting them someplace wonderful and entertaining for the evening.

Megan Wilkins

Meet “Baskerville” Assistant Director Megan Wilkins

Who doesn’t like a fun Sherlock Holmes story?! This one is full of adventure, mystery, and laughter.

I am grateful for the opportunity to assist in directing this wonderful group of actors. Each night they push themselves to advance their characters a little more than they did the night before, and their onstage chemistry is phenomenal. Rehearsals have been so much fun and we probably laugh as much as we talk as we watch them go from character to character. We have some familiar faces on stage, as well as some new faces, and even some we haven’t seen in a while.”

Please sure to call Donna at 323-6681 or visit www.strausstc.com to get your tickets.

Ben McQuillin

Meet the Cast: Baskerville’s Ben McQuillin

Benjamin McQuillin was thrilled beyond measure when he was asked to join the cast of Baskerville. He hopes that all the hard work that his castmates, director, and crew have put into this production will bring laughter to the Strauss and is grateful to them all for allowing him to join in their success. He is especially thankful to his director, Terri Cunningham, for the opportunity to show new talents to the world and for challenging him in new and exciting ways. He looks forward to many more productions and hopes to continue to share his love of theatre with the people of Monroe.

Cassey Bernstein

Meet the Cast: Baskerville’s Cassey Bernstein

Cassey Bernstein is a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager for Norsk Hydro in Delhi, LA. Well, at least that’s what pays the bills. It’s hard to define what makes Cassey, the person. She is made of all kinds of bits: actress, baker, Best Auntie Ever, quilter, competition shooter, fly-fisher, racecar driver, magical wife, and toxicologist. She has performed for more than a decade with ULM, Murder Is Served, and Strauss. Needless to say, she’s a busy girl.

Cassey plays a multitude of characters (14 in all!) in Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery. To reserve your tickets, call Donna in the Box Office at 318-323-6681 or buy your tickets online at StraussTC.com!
